What’s Happening Around Campus
Family Night was a big success. We had a wonderful time connecting with students and families last week. For those who were not able to make it, you were missed. We look forward to hosting another family night in the spring and hope everyone can attend.
Halloween is on a school day this year. We are planning to celebrate with a Fall Harvest school-wide event on Thursday afternoon. Please do not send your child to school with or in a costume on Halloween. We also appreciate keeping candy at home.

Download the Parent Square App to stay connected with your child’s teacher. Get updates from Lane School staff about upcoming events and weather closures. The monthly school newsletter is shared out via Parent Square on the first Friday of the month.
Remember you can customize how you want to receive school communication in the notification settings section of the app. Need help? Give us a call, or email and we can help! Email us at laneschool@lesd.k12.or.us or call 541-463-8500.

Lane School Students Grow Flowers and Veggies in the School Garden
Last Spring Lane School gardeners planted their favorite fruits, veggies, and flowers in the school garden. Our plants have grown big and tall and many are ready to harvest. Lots of pollinating insects, birds, and squirrels are also enjoying the garden!
