Chan is one of two support pups who spend their days in the classroom with our students. They may test or do classwork with Loki or Chan by their side or request a break with them when their work is done.

2nd Annual Book Fair

Students participate in Lane School’s 2nd Annual Book Fair! Everyone gets to take home up to 3 books of their choice, free of charge. There are also activities set-up for students to expand their engagement and excitement about literacy and book ownership. Lane School staff and students want to express their appreciation to all of the generous donors who supplied books and made this book fair a success!

This year, 2017-2018, our Lane School Golden Ticket imgreswinners are students who demonstrate Compassion and Caring. These are students who are mindful by caring for themselves and others!

 

March:

Maj and Justine in Room 6 would like to nominate this student for working hard on his Level 3 goals. He is accepting feedback, respectfully self-advocating and not taking his peer’s behavior personally. Great job, Nick!

Winter Holiday Reinforcer!

After a week of shopping here on the Lane School campus, at the Holiday Bazaar, students wrapped their gifts then celebrated their hard work at the Holiday Reinforcer.

The students made kabobs in the “Grinch Who Stole Christmas” room, enjoyed karaoke, cookie decorating
and a school wide coloring contest.

It was a great week and a great way to end 2017 before our Winter break.
